Shipping
Everything is shipped through me at my studio with love and care and the hope that my customers will treasure their pieces.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown when confirming your purchase; they might vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of the package. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent when your order is shipped.
Orders can take from 1 to 3 working days before shipping is sent.
Orders in Spain will take 2- 5 days normal shipping.
Europe 5-10 days.
Rest of the World 10-15 days.
We ship worldwide but for international shipments, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on your country.

Returns
We hope you enjoy your order but returns are accepted within 15 days from the date you received the product.
Send an email to hello@thecocowear.com stating the reason for your return and what you wish to do - exchange or refund.
Items should be returned, unused and unworn in its original packaging .
The client must cover the cost of return via post. Make sure the post comes with a tracking number as the responsibility is yours until the item until it is returned.
The refund amount will be returned to the same card with which payment has been made within 7 days.
